Who for?  Women only - swimmers and non-swimmers

The facilities have recently been refurbished and the session is supervised by Robbie, a qualified instructor.

It's exciting to see non-swimmers start to swim and we would encourage you to come along and join us for an hour, for leisure, learning and keeping fit.
